Shannon Moran has been hosting yoga workshops since 2008, and international yoga retreats since 2018. He has hosted in Costa Rica, Punta Cana, and Mexico.

This eight month Meditation Immersion will help you create a regular meditation practice.
Each month will have some lecture and a 15-30 minute guided meditation. Regular practice will improve brain cognition, lower blood pressure and cortisol levels, reduce fatigue as 30 minutes of practice science has shown equals up to two hours of deep dreamless sleep. This will also help your nightly sleep cycles by giving you techniques to fall asleep easier and get back to sleep quicker.
We will also look at some Zen Buddhist mindfulness techniques that can be worked into the practice to create more happiness in daily life.
Each month, all participants receive a recording so if you can’t make the live class it’s not a problem. This also allows for practice any time you want throughout the month.
