Shannon Moran, who brings almost two decades of experience with Yoga & Meditation instruction to you, is offering in-person classes within the Quad Cities and online classes worldwide. Also teaching online Yoga Nidra (sleep) meditation classes via Zoom and workshops.
Shannon was introduced into Yoga in the year 2000 and began practicing daily in 2003 when became a part of his life. He is a student of Richard Freeman, Manju Jois, Srivatsa Ramaswami and Suddha Weixler. He teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle/Senior classes and everything in between. In 2018 he became passionate about Yoga Nidra and Zen Buddhist Mindful Meditation. He’s certified over 200 Yoga teachers and continues his journey to learn and practice and to share with his students.
